Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 August 2026. This policy explains how Cosmo Fame Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data on Forja Desk (gameforga123mes.com).
Controller
The data controller is Cosmo Fame Limited, 2/F West Wing, 821 Lai Chi Kok Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong. Email: contact@gameforga123mes.com.
Forja Desk is aimed at readers in Spain. Where European data-protection rules apply to a visitor, we treat those rules as the standard for requests listed below.
What we collect
- Contact form: name, email, subject, message, and the consent tick.
- Email you send to contact@gameforga123mes.com, including any files you attach.
- Technical logs that a host may keep for security: IP address, browser type, time of request, and the page asked for.
- A cookie that remembers whether you chose essential cookies only or accepted optional analytics. See the Cookie Policy.
The Sunday desk does not create an account. Lineups stay in the browser for the visit and are not sent to our servers.
Why we use it
- To answer a message you sent (contract or legitimate interest in running the desk).
- To handle a privacy, legal, or press request.
- To keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
- Optional analytics, only if you accept them, to see which pages are read.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months after the last reply, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim. Server logs are usually rotated within 90 days. Cookie preferences stay until you clear them or 12 months, whichever comes first.
Who else sees it
Hosting and email providers that process data on our instructions. We do not sell contact lists. We do not pass form data to advertisers. If a court or regulator in Hong Kong or in a country where a visitor has rights lawfully asks for a record, we may have to share that record.
Transfers
The company is in Hong Kong. A message sent from Spain will leave the European Economic Area. We use this only to operate Forja Desk and to answer you.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, or limit how we use it. You may object to processing that relies on legitimate interest. You may withdraw consent for optional analytics by using the cookie banner again after clearing the stored choice. Write to contact@gameforga123mes.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm it is you.
You may also complain to a supervisory authority in your country of residence. Readers in Spain can contact the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
Legal bases in more detail
We rely on one of these bases for each use: (1) your request to be answered, which is a pre-contract step when you write through the form; (2) consent, for optional analytics and for the tick on the form; (3) legitimate interest in keeping the host secure and in answering a press or legal note; (4) a legal duty if a court or a regulator asks for a record we already hold.
Data we do not collect
We do not ask for payment cards, government ID, date of birth, or a home address on the public form. The Sunday desk does not create a profile. We do not run face recognition or location tracking beyond the IP that a host log may store.
Security
Access to the mailbox contact@gameforga123mes.com is limited to people who answer Forja Desk mail. Hosting is on a server that uses HTTPS. No method of transmission on the public internet is perfect; if we learn of a breach that affects your data, we will write to the address you used and, where the law requires it, to the relevant authority.
Embedded maps
The contact page can load a Google Maps embed for 821 Lai Chi Kok Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong. Google may set its own cookies or logs when that frame loads. That processing is described in Google’s own privacy material. If you do not want that frame to load, do not open the contact page, or use a browser that blocks third-party frames.
Automated decisions
We do not use your form data for automated decisions that produce legal effects. There is no credit score and no profiling for advertising.
Children
Forja Desk is not directed at children under 16. If you believe we have collected data from a child, write to us and we will delete it.
How to write a request
Send mail to contact@gameforga123mes.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Include the email you used on the form if it is different. We aim to answer within one month. We may ask for enough detail to find your record and to confirm it is you. Postal mail can also be sent to Cosmo Fame Limited, 2/F West Wing, 821 Lai Chi Kok Rd, Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong.
Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Forja Desk after that date means the new text applies to later visits.
